General Returns Policy

An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

• The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
• The item has missing parts or accessories.
• The item differs from what was ordered.

Please Note:

• Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
• A “change of mind” is not permitted after the product has been shipped.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manuals, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
• Returns may be rejected if items are not returned in compliance with the category-specific policies outlined below.

Important Guidelines for Electronics

• Remove all stored personal information (e.g., pictures, messages) and any modifications (e.g., passwords, screen lock patterns) before returning the product.
• Returns may not be accepted for items that are “no longer needed,” including cases of buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect model, color, or product ordered).
• If the return window has expired, customers are referred to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service at 09643207212 within the applicable return window for your product category. Provide all required details, including order information and reason for return, to start the process.

Category-Specific Policies

Phones, Tablets, Wearables

• Return Window: 7 days; replacement only.
• Eligibility:
• Eligible for free replacement if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, provided the same item is available with the seller.
• If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
• Not eligible for return if the item is “no longer needed.”
• Requirements:
• Return the phone in its original condition, including the brand box and all accessories (charger, headphones, manual, etc.).
• Missing or damaged contents may result in pickup cancellation and rejection of the return.

Laptops

• Return Window: 7 days; replacement only (for regular products).
• Eligibility:
• Replacement is applicable for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
• Not eligible for return if the item is “no longer needed.”
• Requirements:
• Return the laptop in its original condition, including the brand box and all accessories (charger, manual, etc.).
• Missing or damaged contents may result in pickup cancellation and rejection of the return.
• Products may not be eligible for return or replacement in the following cases:
• Damage due to misuse of the product.
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
• Perishable items that have been used/installed.
• Tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
• Products not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products missing original packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after acknowledgment and approval of the request.

Scenarios for Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• If Ready2Swap is unable to deliver the product.
• If the customer returns any product from a paid order.
• If the customer cancels a paid order before it is dispatched.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) or other approved mediums.
