General Returns Policy
An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it meets one or more of the following conditions:
- The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- The item has missing parts or accessories.
- The item differs from what was ordered.
Please Note:
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- A “change of mind” is not permitted after the product has been shipped.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manuals, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
